All are welcome. We are aiming to complete the 108 Sun Salutations. So make sure you have a good rest the night before and a nourishing early breakfast. We will prepare the sequences in a crescendo format so it will be a gradual build up. We will be doing the salutations in chunks of around 9-12 salutations. Then there will be pause for another teacher to take over and people will have a chance to recover in these short intervals. If you feel tired during the salute to the sun just kneel down, sit on your heels and bend forward resting your torso on your inner thighs and let the head rest on the ground. When you have recovered sufficiently you can join in again.
